94 points! Cherries, mint, spice and a pleasant almost peaty earthiness. Medium bodied, subtly sweet red berries and red cherry of succulence and good intensity, light spiciness, liquorice and orange peel, fine tannin that picks up the pace on the long finish, which is slightly smoky and spicy. Thoroughly charming. I think it’s pretty great even now, and over the next decade. Gary Walsh, The Wine Front, 23 June 2017.
