Fruit is handpicked from premium quality 60 year old, dry grown vines resulting in a delicate expression of the Clare Valley style.  It show’s elegant aroma’s of floral’s and blossom with a soft and well rounded palate of lime and green apple fruit and the acid is perfectly balanced.  Perfect with your next seafood venture or simply on its own!
