96 Points, JAMES HALLIDAY Here we have abundant fresh blackberry and dark cherry fruit which is vibrant and not over ripe. The balance is impeccable. A very stylish shiraz indeed. Highly Recommended WINEWISE, December 2009
Spicy with a twist of black pepper, blackberry, licorice and top marks for the beautiful, unobtrusive, oak treatment. It’s medium weight and fresh with spicy bramble berry flavours and a pleasant roast nut flavour. Fine grainy tannins, no excess heat, and excellent length and flow through the mouth. It’s a lovely wine to drink, perhaps a little lacking in excitement (for even higher points), but wholly admirable for its style and delivery. 93 Points GARY WALSH, The Wine Front
After numerous great reviews we decided we just had to give this wine a try... and we were not disappointed! Displaying classical Heathcote characters of black pepper, red berries and dark plumb, deliciously integrated oak, tight tannins, this wine is delightfully plush without being overblown. An absolute cracker and a must for any Aussie shiraz drinker.
