The Loire Valley has been long known for producing outstanding value sparkling, dry, bottle fermented wine from the chenin blanc grape. We were excited to taste this new discovery some months ago and we felt it really over-delivers! Zesty and vibrant, with aromas of yeast and toasted brioche, the palate has classic chenin blanc characters of green apple, pear and citrus. It has elegant small beads that play across the tongue and the palate is dry.
