From one of France's first organic producers comes this delicious, dry and savoury Languedoc rose. A blend of 50% syrah, 45% grenache and 5% carignan, it is a bright, vivacious wine in both colour and depth of flavour, confortably straddling the taval and procencial styles. Dry and fragrant, it has notes of strawberry and raspberry fruit with hints of fresh apricot and dried herbs in the background. The palate shows beautiful primary fruit balanced out by savoury notes and minerality. This is a joy to drink no matter the reason and an absolute belter of a wine on those warmer evenings!
