This tiny two-hectare vineyard was sliced off the famous Florita vineyard, now owned by Jim Barry and which once produced the Leo Buring Watervale rieslings. This is a powerful young wine with dusty lime-juice aromas, some herbs and cured hay, while the palate is very limey with superb balance and very clean lines. Drink now to 10 years. HUON HOOKE
