It comes across a touch sweet-ish - in a rose-petal kind of way - at first but boy the texture, or mouthfeel, of this is attractive. Easy to feel joyful when you’re drinking a glass of this. It’s fluffy and light, streaked with strawberry skins and cut with lemons. I dare say that it’s the first Croser I’ve enjoyed in years. CAMPBELL MATTINSON
