Domaine de l'r is a small [5 ha] family estate, located 10 km from Chinon, near tours in the Central loire Valley. Frédéric sigonneau augments the quality from his old vines [45-65yo] with a strict organic approach and hands-on winemaking. The style is natural, focusing on the pure Cabernet Franc fruit with ample concentration due to low yields and attentive viticulture. Both wines below are as plush and stylish as their packaging is striking. this young domaine, with old vines, is one of the most exciting and ambitious new ventures we have recently had the pleasure of tasting. a true delight.
