This has a beautifully complex reductive (doughy, mealy, cured meat) nose allied with ripe, really intense fruit that is not too flamboyant. The palate is almost perfectly balanced, quite rich but with lovely acidity. RANDALL POLLARD
A gorgeous nose of white flowers, citrus rind and pungent mineral notes that can also be found on the rich, precise and energetic middle weight flavors that culminate in a relatively dry, linear and focused finish that display real drive.
