The Pinot Noir from our vineyard is a selection of three clones. The blend of these clones, combined with the cool-climate location, provides gentle texture, delicacy, softness and vibrant cherry fruit. We are seeking pristine pure flavours, bright acidity, subtle oak and fine polite tannins. This Pinot combines beautifully with the gamey character of duck & will pair perfectly with a range of lighter meats. It also has the succulence & taxture to contrast chilli-based dishes, particularly Thai food. WINEMAKERS NOTES
