From two pinot gris blocks on north facing limestone slopes in the vineyard, and some ‘rogue’ vines within the pinot noir. Aswith all of Lime Rock’s vines, these are cropped at less than2kg per vine and it is bone dry. It is 100% barrel fermented in older oak and subsequently has great texture along with goodacidity and a little opulence in the form of ripe nectarines,peach, ginger, orange peel and spice notes.
