There is no denying that 2011 was a difficult vintage in the Clare but it is difficult to fathom when faced with a wine like this. Lime and lemon fruit, the nose is pristine and focused. Great purity on the palate, it is lean and racy with lemon/lime minerality and crisp, dry acidity. Certainly a pleasure to drink now, it will handle up to 6 years age. The Randall's team
