With access to some of the best holdings in Champagne and the incredible sucess of the Brut Imperial NV it is difficult to imagine this wine as anything other than beautiful... and it doesnt dissapoint. A traditional dry style rose, this wine has an attractive copper hue in the glass. Toasted bready aromas balanced with some red cherry and yeasty aromas, the palate is lively with 'zippy' beads, some brioche textures and refreshing acidity. Beautiful small beads and bright red fruit notes, this wine will surely be a hit with your valentine. SCOTT BANKS, Randall's
Orange-pink with a vigorous bead. Smoky red berry, cherry and tobacco aromas with a subtle floral overlay. Firm, vaguely bitter red fruit flavors are nicely focused, with a juicy note of tangerine gaining strength with air. The long, mineral-driven finish shows good grip. I like this wine's mix of fleshiness and dryness. 90 points JOSH RAYNOLDS, Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar
