Plenty of our customers will remember buying and happily drinking quite a bit of Monredon Cotes du Rhone rouge last year , made by Chateau Mont-redon. This year it’s back and it’s brought a friend… Monredon Cotes du Rhone Blanc, a beguiling combination of Grenache blanc, Clairette and Viognier that promises to be the white winter quaffer of choice! Wonderfully perfumed aromas of pear tart tartan, hints of almond , ginger and white musk that round out nicely on the palate leading on to a clean, tight, savory finish with lovely length, showing a complexity that’s well beyond its price. Pair with roast chicken and pork with crispy potato or Prawn tortellini in a light garlic/parmesan cream sauce with greens. ANGELIQUE COTTER, Randall's Albert Park
