There’s plenty of ripe Schweppes lime, citrus zest and toast here along with a full mid-palate and balanced, but soft, clean acidity. Length and satisfaction is assured, and should continue to be because of the screwcap closure. The finish is fractionally bitter and pithy, but not unattractive, and the length and aftertaste are both excellent. It’s right in the groove right now. A delight.
