Join us for a boutique Toast to the Coast experience – avoid the queues and put the region’s wine a worthy first!
The Randall’s Does Toast to the Coast Chartered Bus will be door-to-door ferrying a lucky small group right into the heart of the Bellarine, and offer an opportunity to experience the winery wares up close without missing out on the festivities. Your ticket includes champagne on arrival, three especially chosen stops (both off the beaten track and in the thick of it), a Mexicana-themed three-course lunch, your ticket – and all-important glass, VIP travel, and tasting notes.

11am – Meet at Randall’s for a splash of sparkling!
12pm – MARCUS HILL VINEYARD – See this small, hands-o...n and feet-down, estate do their thing. Chip and Margot Harrison are such a tiny show they shy away from the hop-on hop-off bus route so their story is not overwhelmed. Thankfully, they’ve made exception for us and will be ready and waiting with their People Stomping Madly Pinot Noir!
1pm – BAIE WINES – where the party starts! Ten year old BAIE will host us for lunch ala Mexicana with music to match. Three-course sit-down menu includes •MEXICAN SLIDERS – Beef or Chicken with red cabbage, apple slaw and chipotle mayo. •SOFT TACOS –Smoked Beef Brisket, Ancho Chicken or Butternut Pumpkin served with black bean and charred corn salsa, manchego and fresh coriander •SWEETS – Espresso Coffee, Chilli Choc Brownies, Strawberry Marsh mellow, Lime Curd Pies with Tequila Infused Meringue, Chilli cashew and caramel popcorn brittle and a glass of wine chosen from your tasting of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Rose or Shiraz. Open-air photo booth to catch all the highlights. And #finska!
2.45pm – OAKDENE – Round off the day at one of the region’s leaders across the vinous board. Full tasting through both the famous Blue and White Label offerings at a relaxed pace: sauvignon blanc, pinot grigio/gris, chardonnay, pinot noir, shiraz and cabernet blend. Sit in the sun (fingers crossed) with the Gourmet Traveller-celebrated super sweetie Late Harvest Riesling 2015. Back home to Randall’s by 4.15pm.
