Sweet, jubey fruit flavour followed by more herbal, briary, tobacco-like characters. Almost minerally through the finish. Nice cleanliness and ripeness, complemented by the dusty/herbal dryness of the aftertaste. It’s not especially concentrated but it’s nicely put together - and therefore nice drinking.
