Established in 1548, Yoshingawa is the oldest Sake producer in Niigata. All of the rice used in its production comes from this prefecture enlisting strict quality controls.
This is Yoshinogawa's flagship sake. Incredibly complex on the nose. A clean elegant mouth feel with power and a sweetness on the finish. This sake is kept in tank at -5 degrees for 3 years to enhance the delicate fragrant character.
